Great Glen Cycle Challenge

Your Great Glen Cycle Challenge from Inverness to Fort William will see you cycling 55 miles over 2 days through some of the most amazing scenery in Britain.
You will cycle along the famous Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal before finishing in Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis.
Your challenge begins in Inverness Youth Hostel where you will meet the rest of your group. You will head past Inverness Castle and then cycle straight up into the surrounding hills, staying high before heading down to Drumnadrochit for a late lunch (24 miles). After lunch, you will be taken to Fort Augustus by boat along Loch Ness where you can rest in a local hostel after a long hard day and a great mountain biking experience.
Your second day is slightly longer (31 miles) but easier terrain along Loch Oich, Loch Lochy and the Caledonian Canal. This day affords spectacular views across the lochs and towards the mountains around Ben Nevis.
You finish in the famous Fort William after cycling along Neptune's Staircase and then have your celebration meal at a 3* hotel with great views of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis.
Your mountain bike hire is in the cost of the challenge.
All food, accommodation and vehicle support is provided on this challenge with 2 nights in a youth hostel and 1 night at a 3* hotel.
