Expedition Wise Training
Expedition Wise Training provides both Pre-Expedition Training Weekends and Navigation Training Weekends.
Pre-Expedition Training Weekends are specialist adult pre-expedition training for all expedition particpants on both bike and trekking challenges.
The pre-expedition training weekends are designed to prepare you mentally for the challenge ahead and are split into bike training, low - mid altitude training and high altitude training weekends. This allows you to meet others who have chosen to undertake a similar challenge and us to focus on your specific needs.

Navigation Training Weekends are run for those wishing to trek more confidently in the mountains of the world and for those embarking on their Summer Mountain Leader Award. Expedition Wise Taining runs both Beginner and Advanced courses providing training in map reading, compass work, night navigation, pacing, timing etc.
