Expedition First Aid courses:
REC L1 Expedition Participants / Overseas Traveller Basic First Aid. 1 day (8 hours) introduction to First Aid and preparation for expedition life.REC L2 Expedition Leaders Emergency First Aid. 2 day (16 hour) introduction to First Aid with applications into the expedition realm.
Industry Standard First Aid courses:
Refresher / Scenario Day. 1 day (7 hours) participating in scenarios after a 2 hour general first aid refresher. A great way to maintain your first aid skills.
REC L1 Appointed Persons First Aid. 1 day (6 hours) introduction to First Aid.
REC L2 Emergency First Aid. 2 day (16 hour) introduction to First Aid with applications into the workplace/outdoors.
REC L3 HSE First Aid at Work. 4 day (24 hours) introduction to First Aid with training up to the level of the Health and Safety Executive "First Aid at Work" course.
REC L3 HSE First Aid at Work Refresher. 2 day (16 hour) course is for those who have already completed the 4 day HSE FAW course and need to update their 3 year qualification.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training course. This half day (4 hour) course is a
must for those who work in offices or other work environments that now have AED machines.
