Welsh 3000'ers Challenge

 

The Welsh 3000’ers Challenge involves climbing the fifteen 3,000ft mountains in Snowdonia over 3 days. You will cover a distance of 26 miles and ascend over 13,000ft.

The walk will cover the 7 peaks of the Carneddau, the highest and largest mountain range south of Scotland, the 5 peaks of the Glyderau, with the famous rock peak Tryfan and the 3 main peaks on the Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) horseshoe.

This challenge involves traversing Crib Goch and those suffereing from vertigo or who have problems with heights should not attempt it!!

All food and accommodation is provided on this challenge with 2 or 3 nights in an en-suite youth hostel and 1 night at a 3* hotel.
